Toutes les terrasses sont clôturées avec des clôtures en bois et des fleurs. La présence de terrasses privées dans le restaurant est un avantage inestimable d’un restaurant en Espagne. En haute saison estivale, ce sont les terrasses surplombant la mer qui permettent de générer des revenus.<br>

Dans la zone de promenade, il y a une maison en bois appartenant au restaurant avec une superficie totale de 18 m2. Dans ce cas, la zone de promenade doit être louée à la ville. Cela est dû au fait qu'en Espagne, toutes les zones de promenade appartiennent non pas à la ville dans laquelle elles se trouvent, mais aux organisations COSTAS DE ESPAÑA. Et le loyer est versé directement à cette organisation. Cet argent ira à l'amélioration des plages, à l'entretien des sauveteurs, etc. Le coût de la location de 70 m2 pour 6 mois est d'environ 1 500 euros.<br>

Dans la zone de promenade, il y a une maison en bois appartenant au restaurant avec une superficie totale de 18 m2. Dans ce cas, la zone de promenade doit être louée à la ville. Cela est dû au fait qu'en Espagne, toutes les zones de promenade appartiennent non pas à la ville dans laquelle elles se trouvent, mais aux organisations COSTAS DE ESPAÑA. Et le loyer est versé directement à cette organisation. Все террасы огорожены деревянными низкими заборчиками и цветами. Наличие частных террас в ресторане является неоценимым преимуществом ресторана в Испании. В пиковый летний сезон именно террасы с видом на море дают возможность поднимать выручку.

На прогулочной зоне расположен принадлежащий ресторану деревянный домик общей площадью 18 м2. В данном случае прогулочную зону необходимо арендовать у города. Это обусловлено тем, что в Испании все прогулочные зоны принадлежат не городу, в котором они расположены, а организации COSTAS DE ESPAÑA. И аренда платится непосредственно этой организации. Эти деньги в дальнейшем идут на благоустройство пляжей, содержание спасателей и т.д.. Стоимость аренды 70 м2 за 6 месяцев приблизительно 1500 евро.
